Sacubitril belongs to a class of drugs called neprilysin inhibitors and valsartan belongs to a class of drugs called angiotensin receptor blockers (ARBs). They work by relaxing blood vessels so that blood can flow more easily.
Therapeutic Action
Sacubitril used for chronic heart failure with reduced ejection fraction(HFrEF) with NYHA class 2,3 or 4. This product contains 2 medications: Sacubitril, which belong to neprilysin inhibitors & Valsartan belongs to angiotensin receptor blockers.
